GONU268 4GE+RF+WiFi5 GPON ONU
GONU268 is a GPON-technology-based gateway ONU designed for residential home. It provides one CATV+Satellite RF at 1550nm input optical wavelength along with 4GE GPON interactive data, dual band 2.4G/5G WiFi at 1490nm/1310nm over one single mode fiber. GONU268 can work with OLT from main vendors such as Huawei, ZTE, Calix etc.. Together with Greatway GSS32 Satellite TV converter and CATV+Sat 1550nm fiber optic transmitter GWT3500S, GONU268S subscriber can enjoy local CATV and mulsti-satellite TV DTH contents without consuming Ethernet bandwidth.
By introducing satellite bandwidth, CATV MSO or Fiber ISP can support up to 4 different Satellite MSO encrypted STBs in any FTTH terminal. FTTH subscribers can enjoy CATV, individual favorite Satellite DTH TV, IPTV, OTT by one fiber connection. It is a value added service at current FTTH Investments.
